Yes. PEF Medical Foundation is constituted under Law No. 90/053 of 19 December 1990 in the Republic of Cameroon, and registered as a Texas Nonprofit Corporation in the United States (EIN 42-2594611, TX Certificate of Filing 806 597 945). Both registrations are public and verifiable.
100% of donated funds go directly to programs: dialysis sessions, medication subsidies, community screening campaigns, equipment maintenance, and healthcare worker training. No admin fees are deducted. All allocations require dual-signature Finance Committee approval and are audited independently.
