Mr. Lopez Tambi is a multidisciplinary professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in CST (Curriculum Studies and Teaching) Economics and a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, bringing a diverse combination of academic knowledge and practical expertise to his role.

His professional experience spans construction, project management and coordination, and logistics, equipping him with strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills. His multidisciplinary background enables him to approach complex tasks with adaptability, strategic thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

As Secretary General, he contributes his professional experience and organizational skills to supporting the Foundation’s objectives and strengthening its efforts to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by chronic renal failure.

Dr. Mrs. Takang Katherine is a certified Peace Ambassador, UN social worker, and humanitarian coordinator based in Limbe, Cameroon, dedicated to uplifting vulnerable populations affected by poverty, abuse, and health challenges.

Her professional journey is shaped by impactful collaborations with organizations like Grace World Poll (GWP) and Health Innovation for Development (HID), which solidified her lifelong commitment to serving humanity.

By bridging the gap between international policy and local action, she specializes in conflict resolution, community empowerment, and designing support systems for marginalized groups. She approaches her work with empathy and professionalism, striving to be a catalyst for positive transformation and sustainable peace.

Mrs. Ashu Margaret is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, real estate analysis, and customer relationship management. She currently serves as a Business Development Officer at NCM Rail-Tech Design Center Cameroon and as a Real Estate Development Analyst at Homeland Residential Complex Projects.

With more than 10 years of proven experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), she has developed strong expertise in client engagement, follow-up services, customer satisfaction, and feedback management.

As Treasurer of PEF Medical Foundation, she brings her strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to support the Foundation’s financial stewardship and overall development. Her commitment and attention to detail make her a valuable member of the Foundation’s leadership team.

Mrs. Ebai Desiclaire is a communications and public relations professional with a background in Telecommunications Engineering and a strong interest in using effective communication to create meaningful social impact.

With professional exposure both in Cameroon and abroad, Desiclaire has developed a broad perspective, adaptability, and an appreciation for working across diverse professional and cultural environments. Her background in telecommunications has also provided her with a strong foundation in technology, communication systems, and problem-solving.

As Publicity Secretary, she is responsible for supporting the Foundation’s communication, public relations, and information-sharing efforts — communicating the Foundation’s mission and activities to the public and helping to strengthen its visibility with patients, advocates, partners, and the wider community.

Dr. Augustine Effiom is a medical doctor and civil servant with a strong commitment to patient care and the promotion of better health outcomes. Throughout his professional career, he has demonstrated a deep passion for caring for patients, particularly those living with chronic and debilitating diseases that require ongoing medical attention and support.

He has a particular interest in the care and well-being of patients living with chronic renal failure, including those who require regular dialysis treatment. His compassion for patients, combined with his medical knowledge and commitment to quality care, reflects his dedication to supporting individuals and families navigating the challenges of chronic illness.

As Technical Adviser, Dr. Augustine Effiom brings his medical expertise and patient-centered perspective to the Foundation’s work, contributing to initiatives that promote access to quality renal care and improve the quality of life of people living with chronic renal disease.

Mrs. Elodie Djoukouo is a dedicated public servant based in Cameroon. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has extensive experience in the field of auditing. Her career in public service, combined with her expertise in oversight and management, reflects her strong commitment to transparency, good governance, and the responsible use of resources.

Beyond her career, she is particularly sensitive to social and human issues. She has developed a particular interest in supporting people living with chronic kidney disease after witnessing firsthand the difficulties faced by several patients in Douala whose survival depends on dialysis. This reality deeply moved her and motivated her to contribute to efforts aimed at improving access to essential renal healthcare services.

As a member of the Board of Directors, she is committed to supporting the Foundation’s mission of improving access to quality healthcare and contributing to better care and support for vulnerable populations and patients in Cameroon.
